Return Policy

Stetzer Electric is committed to providing our customers with products of the highest quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your STETZERiZER products we will do everything we can to make things right.

Returns

Full or partial returns will be accepted for up to 60 days after product was received.
Returns will be inspected for damage and saleability prior to issuance of refund.
The original purchase price of undamaged returned products only will be refunded within 10 business days of delivery receipt. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original instrument of payment whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs – we will not accept returns marked C.O.D.
We advise customers to ship returns via traceable methods (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to verify returns are received by Stetzer Electric.
Copies of the original invoice and/or credit card receipt must be included with returned items.
Items returned more than 60 days, but less than 90 days, after product was received will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted after 90 days, except in case of defective products (see below).

Exchanges/Defective Products

Stetzer Electric will exchange any defective STETZERiZER products for up to 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that:
Product is returned to Stetzer Electric, in the original condition it was received by the customer, for inspection and testing;
Upon inspection and testing the product is deemed by Stetzer Electric to be defective in function or workmanship; and,
Customer must pay return shipping fees.
